You have to fully agree upon these conditions! I will avoid any exceptions! Failure to comply will result in your commission being cancelled.
Before buying from me : You have to be at least 16 years of age. I will not sell any NSFW commissions to minors! I will ask for a legal proof of age (ID, passport..)
Please acknowledge that these prices are base prices and might get more pricey with character complexity (ex : more than 4 colors, crazy teeths horns, additional members..).During the commission : I will start the sketch, then clean it. Then you will have to send me the first 50% when I finish the sketch, then once the piece is done, you'll send the 50% left throught PAYPAL ONLY! Then I'll send the finished product through either Telegram or your email! I will send you wips for every step of the drawing (Line, flat colors, shade...). I will avoid spending the money amount in case a refund occurs. If a withdrawal occurs and I already have started the piece, I will keep 50% of the price, and you will be refunded the second half. You are allowed to ask me for modifications and remind me if I missed anything! If the piece is fully finished and delivered, and you ask a refund, I will not refund you as you already received the product.Concerning the commission queue : After you've contacted me with the details of what you want to order. I'll put you on my wait-list until I've started the sketch. When I start the sketch, you'll be placed in my queue!
If you've been placed in the wait-list for 3 weeks, I will have to remove you as to keep the wait-list in order.
The commission queue link is at the top of the page!I am allowed to refuse a commission if the buyer is rude, breaches any rules I have installed in the T.O.S, or asks me to draw ANYTHING related to racism, homophobia, harmful themes, death of a character... etc. If the commission was already started, as stated I will keep the first 50%.If you file a chargeback or are attempting to scam after you've recieved the product you paid for, I WILL have the authorities involved. You will get blacklisted and have a beware put up as to avoid further scams.I am based in France, so mailing fees are in your charge! I will ask deposit for the fees right before sending it throught the mail!(THESE ONLY APPLIES FOR BADGES OR PHYSICAL DRAWINGS).

If the buyer attempts theft, fraud, or any kind of unacceptable behavior, this will result in a permanent blacklist. If fraud persists, I will take legal actions. I do not wish for my work to be associated with illegal acts, if I learn that you are a pedophile, zoophile or any other sorts, I will ask you to take down and never use my art, no matter if you paid for it, failure to comply will result in a DMCA report and takedown.
